Bank Partners secures new managed service partnership with BSW ICB
Bank Partners is pleased to announce that it has successfully secured a new managed service contract with the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSW ICB), part of the wider Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care System.
This new partnership represents a significant milestone for Bank Partners, marking the delivery of a system-wide workforce solution supporting multiple NHS organisations across the South West. It also demonstrates Bank Partners’ ability to deliver high-quality workforce solutions beyond London, highlighting both the diversity of its offering and its growing national reach.
Delivering a comprehensive managed service
Under this agreement, Bank Partners will deliver a full managed service across the system, covering:
- Nursing and midwifery
- Allied health professionals
- Health science services
- Admin and clerical
- Ancillary (non-clinical support) roles
These services will support all acute trusts across the ICS, rather than a single trust, including Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
Supporting a system-wide approach to patient care
The Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICS serves a population of around one million people across a diverse geographical area, with a focus on improving population health, reducing inequalities and delivering sustainable, high-quality care.
By adopting a system-wide approach to workforce management, this partnership will help ensure staffing is delivered efficiently and consistently across all trusts, supporting the day-to-day operation of services and enabling safe, timely patient care.
