Chief Operating Officer

As COO, it is my ultimate responsibility to ensure that our clients experience the very best service, that potential new clients can see the many benefits of working with us and that our teams have everything they need to succeed. My role is to support and lead the business in all aspects of strategy, transformation and delivery, but by far the most rewarding part of my job is knowing that the work we do every day helps NHS trusts keep their agency spend down and ultimately helps keep patients safe.
